Section 1
The Apache Tribe of the Mescalero Reservation, hereinafter referred to as the Mescalero Apache Tribe, shall include all persons recognized as members thereof, or upon whom membership may be conferred, pursuant to the provisions and restrictions imposed by Article IV of this constitution, irrespective of the Apache Band with which they may be identified.
